Mediation is a voluntary alternative dispute resolution method with the participation of a mediator in an impartial and objective position that brings the parties together to negotiate and resolve the dispute.
The Law on Mediation in Legal Disputes No. 6325 was amended by the Law on Labor Courts No. 7036, and with this amendment, mediation was accepted as a CAUSE OF ACTION in a vast majority of cases arising only from labor law.
